Alittle Differentmaxine--- Cartoon

Jesus himself stood among them and said," Peace be with you "

III EASTER SUNDAY, April 26, 2009.

Why are you troubled? ". This is the question that the Risen addresses his disciples and us on this Easter Sunday. Fear, in fact, often dwells in our hearts, lords it in our lives and takes away the hope, joy and strength to endure the hardships of life. It is interesting to see how Jesus reassures her: it denies the reality of pain or suffering, but it shows the wounded hands, the marks of the nails. It is the encounter with the weakness of the Crucified One that allows you to believe in his resurrection.
This encounter with death that makes us get at Easter. This episode is a continuation of the story of the disciples of Emmaus who, back in Jerusalem, the Church found in the place to meet again with the Lord, to be supported and comforted. Even for us today, we hear the invitation to find a place in the Church community to overcome fear, to be incurred in the faith when all seems injured or too weak to live. It is in the fraternity who feel the light shine on us in the face of God is often the support of the brothers that allows us to feel us in every moment of our lives, the words of the Risen Lord: "Peace be with you."

saying, "Look at my hands and my feet, that's me, Jesus did know that he owned of the divine nature remained distinct from those of human nature.
So his words on the one hand we do understand that the Word of God is not what is the meat, the other helps us to believe that the Divine Word and the flesh are the only person of the Son of God

'BLESSED Those who have not seen and have believed "The Lord is truly risen

II EASTER SUNDAY, April 19, 2009 (Year B)

the life of Jesus Resurrection occupies an important place not only in terms of apologetic, as irrefutable response to the scandal of the cross, which is considered a negative factor with regard to the messianic expectations, but also from the standpoint of saving. The Resurrection is a "mystery" of Christ's life, part of the mystery of the Incarnation, it is part of the fulfillment of the things written about Jesus, as he himself said: "Thus it is written that the Christ should suffer and rise from the dead" (Luke 24.46).
On this Second Sunday of Easter, "the Sunday of Thomas", the readings present the Christian community as the result of the Easter event, a place to experience the resurrection of Christ. Each of us is like Thomas, wants to be a witness for the Lord and gives no weight to the testimony of others. And Christ, who generally shuns the morally, for he is the exception, and begged him: "Do not be faithless." And the disciple, "My Lord and my God." Beautiful formula of faith which describes Jesus as a man in whom dwells the glory of the Father. At the same time waiting for the human time, which are those of patience and humility. When should wait for the mystery of human freedom can come to declare his act of faith.

Thomas put his hand into the side of Jesus and fingers in the holes of the nails. It was for us that he touched him thoroughly.
What you'd want to do the same, but you could not because then you were not present, he said to the provision of Providence. Jesus had entered behind closed doors and the apostles who believed it was a ghost, he said, "Handle me. Put your finger in the holes of the nails. "
is what Thomas wanted to do.

Operating Manual For Breville Bb300 Breadmaker

Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009

The Gospel states that Jesus' disciples were caught off guard by the resurrection of Jesus, "it did not yet understand the Scripture, namely that he must rise from the dead" (Jn 20.9). Like Martha, they believed in the resurrection on the last day (cf. Jn 11:24), but a resurrection like that of Jesus was not their hopes. They had seen Lazarus out of the tomb, but their eyes were not open to the dimensions of the mystery of salvation.
Not finding the body of Jesus in the tomb, Mary Magdalene thought that someone had taken away, not that he was risen; Thomas and claims to touch the body of Jesus to believe that he was resurrected. Even our eyes of Christians in the twenty-first century struggle to open up the mystery by which God saves the world. Jesus said to Martha: "I never said that if you believe you will see the glory of God?" (Jn 11.40). These words are spoken to us, each of us, now, bump our little faith and urge us to ask that faith in us becoming more real and bigger.

John outran Peter to the tomb out of love he had for Christ, but if he let Peter came first, he did so out of humility. When he reached the tomb first, he was attracted by the love of Christ when they gave precedence to Peter, he was guided by respect to the first of the apostles. Therefore, John has practiced humility against Peter and the faith in Christ.
